To celebrate National Margarita Day this Sunday 22nd February, we have a lovely recipe for some delicious strawberry margaritas!
So call up your lovely gal pals and invite them round for a round of margaritas and catch up!
Strawberry Margaritas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 4 oz tequila
- 3 oz triple sec
- 2 limes, juiced
- ice
- salt
- fresh strawberries
Method:
Place strawberries in a blender and pulse until combined. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
Serve in salt-rimmed (or sugar-rimmed) glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh strawberries and/or lime wedges.
