For all sales, the customer enters contract with ESW and thus the customer is subject to the terms found in the link below. These Terms of Sale apply regardless of the method of accessing the website and the device used.

These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully. By placing an order through the website, customers must confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. No goods may be ordered through the website without acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

We are currently unable to accept physical gift cards on our checkout. We're working hard to bring this back to you soon. This does not affect your ability to redeem in store.

Take the gift card to the till and decide on the amount you would like to give, this can be anything up to £500, and pay as normal. This value will be applied to the gift card at the till point in store. You will receive a receipt that shows the value you have put on the gift card. You can choose absolutely anything in any of our stores or online. Use your gift card to pay for all or part of what you would like to buy. You can top up your gift card with an additional amount at any time. Simply take the gift card to the till, decide on the amount you want and pay as normal. Terms & Conditions

  1. The Yours Clothing gift card is only redeemable for merchandise within our Stores & Online.

  2. It may be exchanged for goods higher than, or equal to the value of the card on payment of the difference.

  3. Any balance may be applied to future purchases.

  4. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.

  5. Products purchased with a gift card can be returned but no cash refund will be given.

  6. Yours Clothing will not replace lost or stolen cards. Please protect this card and treat as cash.

  7. The minimum amount to activate or top up this card is £1 and the maximum card limit is £500.

  8. The card will expire after 24 consecutive months of non-use. Any balance remaining will be lost.

  10. Yours Clothing reserves the right to amend the gift card terms & conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
