“I’d like to return this please”- Yours Clothing Returns Procedure

If you’re reading this then it means that you, like us all, love a bit of online shopping with Yours. Honestly, who wouldn’t! We hoped you loved your Yours Clothing purchase however, if you didn’t or need to return an item in your order we have an easy and convenient returns process to follow.

Whether it’s too big, too small, too long, too short, we’ve all been there! Rather than shoving items into the back of your wardrobe to never see the light of day, it has never been easier to return your order with Yours Clothing.

As part of our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, our returns are paperless. Your invoice is attached to the order dispatch email and returns are now online.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 3-5 working days to reach your account. Please retain your returns tracking receipt for future reference.

How Do I Return An Item?

Please ensure the items you’re returning are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise, the return may not be [email protected] You’ll need to tell us why you’re returning your items too.

We’ve got a whole range of options on how you can return to us, we’ll outline them below so you can choose the best option for you.

FREE Returns To a Yours Clothing Store

If you have a store local to you, great news! Return your items to any of our 100+ stores across the UK for an exchange, gift voucher or a refund to the original method of payment.

Make sure you bring your invoice or despatch confirmation email as proof of purchase. This also includes Paypal, Klarna or Amazon, just take your invoice with you.

FREE Online Returns

UK returns are free using the online portal. You have 28 days from the day you receive the item to send it back.

Make sure your items are in a resaleable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise the return might not be accepted. You’ll need to tell us why you’re returning your items too. Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges.

Book your return using your order reference (which will start with two letters) and email address or postcode associated with the order.

Select your preferred return option, to either the print returns label at home or in store available options. When you have processed your return in the potral, you’re ready to post it off!

Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email to confirm.
