Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement via email at [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Certain products and services may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include personalised goods, sealed items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and you will not incur any fees as a result.
If the goods have already been dispatched or delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
